Verified review

8/10 Very good

This hotel is in a great location and is next to the lake and shops and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bath rooms are in urgent need of renovations. We had a big crack in the sink and the bath and shower curtain need to be replaced. We were also disappointed that the spa was not working and staff had no ETA for a fix nor any alternative such as vouchers. The price for the rooms do not reflect the quality.

Wonderful place, inside and out. Great location right next to the Queenstown beach.

10/10 Exceptional

We will not hesitate to revisit in the future, perfect location for everything, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, nice restaurant (although only used for breakfast on our departure day as Queenstown has so much to offer!). Only improvement would be to refurbish the outdated bathroom, that said it did the job.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location excellent. Negative was I tried to get soy milk for the complimentary tea and coffee and they would have charged me but it should be complimentary. Not everyone can have dairy milk.
