Great location, Tram stop round the corner, reception staff super friendly and helpful, access to room was easy after hours too with a door code. Liked the ability to buy snacks, water, and drinks at the reception without having to go to supermarket. Room was basic, but fine and AC was great for the heat. Only issue I had was the cleaning staff not observing the do not disturb sign, and knocking on the door, trying to enter, and waking me up on a couple of occasions. Other than that everything was good.

Rooms are so clean and comfortable. However, the amenities were bare minimum. There's only a hand and body wash combination bottle in the bathroom and 2 paper cups. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, I did not like the neighborhood, since it was filled with graffiti and trash all around. Also, everything was closed on Sunday.

Highly recommended. The B&B Hotel Roma San Lorenzo Termini was an excellent choice for our Rome vacation, offering comfort and unbeatable public transport access at a great price point. Breakfast was amazing. Stuff were very kind and helpful.

Helpful reception staff, basic but good breakfast, very clean room, comfy bed, good air conditioning and we had a lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel. 30 min walk south of Termini station away from Central area, fine if you are happy to walk, and buses were local. But, felt like a sketchy area after dark, with lots of homeless to be walked past around the station area. The reception is not staffed overnight which means no support for any issues that arise. No issues for 3 nights but on the 4th night we had room neighbours who partied loudly from 2-5am, so worth considering impact of no option for support.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV. If you walk from Termini Station, it takes about 30 minutes even on the shortest route if you are dragging a suitcase.

Stayed here for one night at the end of the trip. We thought it was closer to Ternini train startion but it was about a 25-minute walk through treacherous and pedestrian-unfriendly roads. The room itself was fine and clean. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. The room felt a little stifling but the thermostat was locked and the windows barely opened to let in fresh air. Wouldn't stay again.

Overall great place to stay, especially if you're on a budget and want to stay within Rome – so would definitely come back. The area is quite dodgy, lots of graffiti, and I wouldn't recommend walking towards the train station as it feels more like Naples than Rome. Still, there's a good transport connection, supermarkets and pizzerias in the area. There is an off-street parking outside, which could be quite busy, so you might need to wait until you get a space. To pay for parking you can use Easypark app, just don't forget to put a note on the windscreen mentioning that you paid with the app. There's also a parking garage nearby. You can also find a few free parking spaces, but after seeing broken glass from a car window, you'd probably change your mind about parking there. The room was quite comfy, breakfast options were pretty basic. There is a kettle downstairs in the communal area with some cups and cutlery.
