A special recognition goes to Enrique at the front desk supervisor. There was a couple things wrong upon my arrival, but we’re corrected immediately and my room was changed to a better room. Great service! Thank you for making my stay amazing.

8/10 Very good

The regular rooms were great. However the presidential suite was very hot. AC was not effective and we all sweltered in there (my daughter had it for her bridal getting ready suite). Hotel itself was beautiful and historic. Recommend staying. But please get the AC working in the suites.

Stay here for a unique experience in Southern California. The mission architecture is a feast for the eyes. The historic tour of the property is an added bonus.

6/10 Good

The staff was absolutely wonderful. In my humble opinion, it is not really a hotel for someone who is mobility challenged. The parking lot is across the street and there’s barely a curb in front of the hotel in which to step out of the vehicle. I was expecting a hotel that was completely re-done. I just didn’t appreciate the ambience of the hotel. I do not think it was worth the money that we paid.
