We were really excited about staying at San Luis, given the lobby entrance area was super nice. However, the rooms were nothing like we expected, with a noisy AC unit, dated bathroom with door that did not function properly, tub/shower door leaked water creating a major puddle on the floor, tiny balcony, beds were full size, not Queen. Not worth the price we paid. The staff at Cup + Cone were super nice. Best costumer service we have had in a coffee shop ever. The Steakhouse was also a disappointment - super noisy, could not hold a conversation at the table. Steaks were cooked properly but had no flavor. Sea bass was great though.

We reserved a corner suite . They put us on the one before the last room ( not a corner ) bathrooms in those suites are larger than the one we stayed at . Also the room is bigger with a lounge area . That is really my only concern . Everything else was great .

The hotel itself is beautiful, one of the nicest on the island. The room was dated still, with little issues from being an older building. The best part was definitely the pool. Seating is limited as a lot of it is reserved for the cabanas. We loved our waitress Paulina! She made a huge difference in our experience and literally didn’t stop checking in on us.
