Great hotel with a bar and a restaurant attached. It's along the river and there was a live band playing one of the nights that I stayed there. Will definitely stay here again when in Spokane.

In town for a high school cross country meet (the new course in Spokane Valley is excellent btw). We were only here one night but had a great stay at the hotel. Clean and comfortable, with nice amenities (pool and rec area) and direct access to the riverside greenbelt.

The staff was very helpful. The location is right on the Riverwalk, which is nice walkable distance to restaurants downtown. The hotel room was nice. Beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. The room was heavily perfumed though and I’m not sure why. Overall, I would say it’s a good value.

8/10 Very good

I stayed here with my dog - there's a wonderful fenced in yard area with artificial grass and plenty of poop stations throughout the property with baggies. The view of the river is so beautiful and peaceful. The centennial trail is seconds from your door - fully paved with benches every so often - I really love dining in the outdoor patio - the mornings and evenings were a bit chilly and they have overhead heaters for many of the tables.

Your back door provides easy access to Gonzaga, 1974 World’s Fair attractions, Vietnam memorial, and downtown Spokane via a riverside stroll. Staff is personable, helpful and friendly. The on-site Osprey restaurant featured live entertainment and good food. Extra charges are a thing…I would 10/10 stay again.

8/10 Very good

The Osprey restaurant has great food! The rooms are fine but there was a stain on my comforter which was disheartening. It was big enough that someone should have seen it when they were making the bed. So it made me wonder if they really cleaned well prior to my stay in that room. The hotel rate is affordable.
