Great vibe but creaky
Wonderful remodeled hotel with great décor. Staff was helpful and the overall vibe of the place was very cool; old European. Two things detracted from the stay; parking and building noise. Parking is not included nor is it robust enough if there is an event at one of the local venues in the same area. To park in our assigned log, we had to guess as to what might be a parking spot and received an improper parking ticket. Our second night we had someone in the room above us and the floors/ceiling creaked late into the evening when they got up to move around.

One night stay passing through Spokane
Beautiful hotel, wonderful service, and plenty of great food options in walking distance. Overnight parking is not included though, $10 if you go through the hotel.

Nice getaway downtown Spokane
Nice well maintained older hotel located right downtown. Nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast sandwich included, but we had to go to another restaurant down the street for that, which was no big deal. Hotel had a deli for lunch, another restaurant for lunch and dinner and a pub in the lower level. Great food. Parking was $10.00 and we managed to snag a convenient spot.

Nice historic hotel!
Lovely historic hotel thoughtfully remodeled in a great downtown location. Stylish rooms, great common seating areas, nearby parking. Must check out the basement bar in the old boiler room!

If you like the feeling of historic around you....
This is a great reno of an old building into a lovely from-back-then boutique hotel. There could be more insulation inbetween the floors......but that is also a part of the old building patina. Fun and definitely worth a nights stay anytime.
