Friendly, helpful staff and conveniently located for main attractions. The breakfast was very good, freshly prepared and very good selection. Room and bed were comfortable, and air con and fridge were appreciated in very hot weather. The bathroom would have benefited from black mildew removing from grout, and stairs carpet was quite stained and worn. Overall ,a very enjoyable stay and would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Britannia Hotel. It’s a beautiful building with a lot of character built in 1800s. Rooms are a bit small but still functioning for two adults. Breakfast buffet was nice and it is served downstairs near the reception. Location is great, walking distance to Colosseum and a lot more.

We often feel lost in a new city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They helped us secure a private airport pickup, tickets to the Colosseum after ours fell through, free cooking tour and walking tour and restaurant recommendations. This helped us greatly and made our trip more enjoyable. We will be looking to stay at this hotel chain again often.
