Anti at front desk was warm, gracious, and welcoming! He gave us plenty of information and answered any questions throughout our stay. The apartment is in outstanding condition, with public transportation, shops, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Perfect and quite spot in city centre

i really like it, the apartments are big and comfortables, also super quiet and private. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, definitely I recommend it and I would like to come back again!

Excellent location within easy walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and parts of the Berlin Wall. Lots of eating and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and modern. A 5 star hotel and experience, especially with afternoon mgr- Mr Ati, who is super attentive and helpful

Interesting hotel in Berlin - just north of check point charlie and just south of the shopping district. Brandenburg gate and museum island are easily walkable so you can get to most of the tourist attractions easily. Great place to stay for a first visit to Berlin.

Comfortable and central

Comfortable spacious hotel in a central quiet location. Well connected, good supermarkets (AlNatura) within a short walk, good wifi. Note the kitchenette is well-equipped but is microwave-only. Reception is open until 20-00 weekdays.

Great location. I would stay here again for sure.

Really great location near grocery stores, subway, restaurants, tourist attractions. When I contacted them ahead of my stay to let them know I would arrive late, after reception closed. They gave me clear instructions about how to get my keys. Very helpful staff in many ways. Housekeeping really nice.

Great location with very nice large rooms each as a two room apartments. Wonderful knowledgeable front desk hostess. Unfortunately couldn’t get any sleep. Very warm spring in Berlin but air conditioning is off till summer??? No air in the room. Opening windows helps a little bit but our room was facing the street plus it was hard to have a comfortable temperature in the room. Air conditioning was the reason we picked this hotel!!! Very hard beds with very soft pillows also very uncomfortable.

The hotel is in very convenient location, which is within a couple of minutes to the closest train station. It is also within walking dustance to mwjor landmarks, such as the Brandenburg Gate, Museum of the Murdered Jews, and Checkpoint Charlie. However, the hotel has awkward hours, such as unavailability of the gym, sauna, laundry, and ironing board during non business hours. The breakfast is repetitive, but the wait staff are super friendly. Overall, I would recommend the hotel if the management decides to extend gym and laundry services during non-office hours.

The suite was gigantiv. There were many restaurants in the area. It was centrally located. The rooms and the area was very clean. the bathtub had plenty of hot water and pressure. The staff helped me get a room before check in time. There was a bank half a block away. there was a REVE supermarket one block away. Most clean hotel I have stayed at.

Very quiet! Our rooms were on the courtyard. We heard almost no noise from outside, and NO noise from other residents. Very convenient to tourist sites and dining and transport. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. There is not 24 hour staff at desk, which was no problem for us. The breakfast is a disappointment for the price of 25 Euros. No hot food other than boiled eggs. Overall, a great hotel!

Great location and Excellent Experience

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel as a family. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It matched the photos exactly, as depicted in the hotel’s information. Even though we hadn't requested, they have added a child bed to our room at no extra charge. It was very kind. The hotel's central location is excellent, allowing easy walking access to most tourist attractions. Additionally, there are two U-Bahn lines conveniently located right in front of the hotel. However, I found the pillows to be rather thin and uncomfortable for my preference. Additionally, the lighting in the room could have been better. I would have preferred to have a brighter ambiance option too. Furthermore, there was only one elevator, which was slow and lacked an external display of the current floor. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again. Addressing a few of these aspects could significantly enhance comfort and convenience.

Surprisingly spacious and nice suite in the heart

Surprisingly spacious and nice suite in the heart of Berlin. Mandala Suites was actually a bit less expensive than competing, smaller rooms in what you might call "traditional" hotels, but it also had more to offer since it's primarily designed for extended stays on business trips. The upstairs lounge where breakfast is served has a great view of the Berlin skyline, which was fun to enjoy in the morning! They also have a neat app/website that automate some of the functions of the hotel, including requesting items, checkout procedures, general information, etc. (You can also use it to unlock the building/your room in the event you lose your keycard.) The rooms are located in what is otherwise a commercial building, so it's generally very quiet, but the whole place is pretty up-to-date, and our room was very well maintained. Air conditioning also beats anything else we saw on our trip in Germany and can cool the room down to 18C with no trouble. There's also a Hacker-Pschorr restaurant on the first floor (not affiliated with the hotel), and while it's kinda kitschy, it's open most of the day and the food is pretty good. Nice to have as an option after an international flight when many restaurants don't serve until 6:00pm! If you're planning on staying a while and want more room to stretch out, we found it to be a very good deal. We'll probably check them out again if we return to Berlin.
