    Exceptional 10.0
I had an excellent day considering I had to vacate at noon. Luckily only had one night at the location but it was a fun one. Everyone was very accommodating but the The captain? Steve was the most generous and accommodating person. He deserves special recognition for the outstanding service he gave me. He made sure that I was taken of and didn’t have to. He made my trip a memorable one despite the circumstances of the shut down. Thank you Steve!

    Ok for the price
The facililty was ok for the price. The bed was not comfortable, too hard. Wanted a place w/ a pool & it was not functioning, bit disappointing, otherwise the hotel is in the middle of Fremont St. so ok!

    Good 6.0
music was very loud until after 3 am. Room was not cleaned well-- used coffee pod in coffee maker, etc. sink missing drain stopper so afraid we would lose something down drain, chip in tub, poor quality bedding and pillows. mattress sagged. The room we reserved for our adult children was in the other tower -- much nicer, cleaner, updated shower, better all around and QUIET

    Poor 2.0
It was dirty and outdated for the price. It’s very loud, being so close to Fremont. The room smelled smoky. I will not be reserving this hotel again.

    Four Queens- A Not-Fancy Value
Staff was fantastic. They did a great job working around a computer outage. I was thankful they could get me into my room right away. The Four Queens is dated. It is a bit rundown... tired, etc. But, I stay there every year when I go to Vegas to play golf. I like the location, the price (no resort fees!) and the staff. I'll be back!
