This was a great experience. Thanks to the staff at the Club Lounge but in particular to Manui (not remembering his name completely) who suggested a room upgrade for my family (2 children). The room was great and we really enjoyed all 4 nights!!! The hotel is in great condition and having access to the Club Lounge for breakfast with my children. We only missed the opportunity to try several restaurants that for some reason were closed during our stay.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly. Although the facilities feel a bit dated, I believe that the kindness and hospitality of the staff are one of the most important factors when choosing a hotel. Among them, there was a female staff member at the breakfast restaurant—her name might be “Mino?”—whose genuine kindness really stood out. If you have breakfast here, I highly recommend dining in the section managed by Mino. Because of the great service, I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, always give out helping hands and the best arrangement for us. The fireworks at garden pool was unforgettably pretty. The kids love the manza beach, the marine ocean park and all the marine activities. We can snorkel and discover a range of fish (even clownfish)

Clean room, but in need of updating. We were disappointed that with so much beach available, there were many restrictions on snorkeling & swimming to one very small area. All other areas were closed.

The property was beautiful. It was a one stop do all. I wish i could have done some scuba diving. They have their own dive center. The snorkeling was fantastic.

Beautiful space /area. Beach area was very nice. Lots of seating at pool and beach. Food was really good at buffet and pizza place. Gorgeous resort. Great staff. Only rated a 4 instead of 5 because of room cleanliness.
