I bet this place was fabulous 15 years ago. Today it’s grimy, dingy, and a little worse for the wear. The restaurant was decent, and the staff were all very nice. We were there for two days and could never figure out how to get from our second floor room with out either going outside of the building and carding back in or walking all the way around the interior to the front. We had reservations for three nights but left after two because it was underwhelming and just not our scene.

I chose to stay at this property because I’ve driven past it so many times and it always looks bright, colorful and cheery. However, our room was dated. The carpeting was disgusting. We made numerous calls and front desk requests for extra towels and were ignored . We stayed two nights but our room never got any service. It was a disappointment. The food in the restaurant was acceptable..

All my visits here have been in the extremely hot Low Season. Front desk staff is pleasant enough, but not the bubbly I'm accustomed to in most properties I've stayed. Room was clean and roomy. Pool was cleaner than every other visit I've had here, which a good thing bc I've seen it pretty bad. This is a really pleasant and quiet property to stay midweek, at a great price point for what's offered, and location. I've been periodically staying here since it first opened, and I'll continue to do so.

This hotel had a large room, it was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. It was however, not well maintained. The landscaping needed some work. The bushes narrowed paths considerably. There was only one picture on the walls inside of the room. It was quite boring considering what the exterior looks like. On our way out the door when leaving, we saw a cockroach.

The pool is amazing and great for a family swim. Little to no restrictions in the pool area. Any bed or chair are open, and I think the cabanas are too. The ground patio rooms are great for the pool access. Easy to door dash food to the lobby, the staff are super chill about it. Great place if you want to swim into the night and relax in a nice comfortable bed.

My family and I came to The Saguaro Hotel for the Disco fun party and it was amazing !! We will definitely come back and enjoy this beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and helpful especially Jisauri he has great customer service! I love the Saguaro l and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great time here in Palm Springs.

My room was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I had a view of the pool from the second floor. My dog Palmer and I had a nice couple of days. I had a CBD massage at the spa the restaurant there was excellent. The staff was superb. I’ve stayed here many times. The stairwells could be a little cleaner and it needs a little like a spruce up.
