The staff was very helpful. They let us use the breakfast room as a party room for my daughter’s Sweet 16. We could decorate it and have all of our family in there. It was great.

Everything was as it should be. The room was well appointed and had many charging stations for phones and such. The pool area was great and the high point of the stay for me. Next door was a very good sports bar / restaurant so eating good food was easy. The breakfast was fine also. Definitely would stay again.

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay at Spark by Hilton Mystic was great from start to finish, but what truly made it memorable was Josh at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. People like John are like diamonds in customer service, and he made our stay truly great. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice, and the breakfast was excellent, a great way to start each day. The location is also great. It’s close enough to downtown Mystic that we even had time to go for a jog there. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mystic, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you, Josh!

The hotel was fine, the people were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked with the basics. For the price, it was a little high, but I guess it's their busy season in Mystic.

It was very clean. Only complaints I have is the beds aren’t very comfortable and maid service is every other day therefore you run out of towels.

Room was clean and convenient location for us. The hotel is like a motel, old and run down. Breakfast was nothing special. Rooms only made up every other day, not everyday. I would expect to pay less for a stay in this hotel.
