What were you thinking, Hotels.com?????
The first room we were assigned was absolutely appalling...No water at all in the bath/shower, no hot water in the sink, the bathtub was very soiled....ring doesn't even begin to describe it....the veneer was peeling off the bathroom door. It didn't take long for us to go back to the office to ask for another room.
This we were granted, and though it was somewhat less awful, there was masking tape holding the drawers together, and the only thing that seemed to be clean, was the sheets, which seemed OK, though everything, I mean everything in the unit was at the very least, shabby. We were tired so decided we would stay, not expecting anything much better anywhere else.
The TV remote was small and there was no guide. When we were finally able to get CBS news, it was from the previous night. Ye Gods!! To give this place two stars is to denigrate any other two star places. There was a disabled car in front of our unit, parked across the parking place with a flat front tire and duct tape around the windows. We did manage to get enough hot water from this shower to manage, but were relieved to leave the next morning without itching.
Oh, and one of the bedside lamps had no shade. There were no outlets anywhere near the bed, so I had to forego the use of my C-Pap.
Are you getting the picture???? There is no reason this property should be listed at all on Hotels.com. This is the first time I have used your site, and I will be very wary in the futue.
