The room was clean, AC wasn’t cold, the bed wasn’t comfortable. The ice machine wasn’t working. The pool didn’t seem to be open it was dirty. Overall for what we paid it was ok. For a one night stay is fine. Location was good.

Super clean, super nice, super cold AC, parking no problem. This place reminded me of an old school motel.. The room was up-to-date And very pleasant. Can’t beat the location. It’s across the street from the beach. Very clean outside also. This is a place you could stay without a headache. Just check in go do your thing and have fun and know that when you come back there won’t be a roach waiting for you.

We’ve been staying at this place for years. Super friendly staff. Very clean. It’s close to many activities, shopping, & the beach. I’ve stayed here with just my husband and myself and also with our kids. We always enjoy our stay!

After reading the good reviews, I was sorely disappointed to find this place was pretty bad. It was clean, I’ll give them that but very run down. In the 33 years of staying in hotels, this hotel wins the award for the hardest bed I have ever seen. The pillows were not much better. The bed felt like a piece of concrete with a sheet on it. I was actually the only person staying there, which should have told me something. The room was pitch black, which I didn’t like. Around 11:30, after tossing and turning and my back actually cramping up, I got up and got dressed and left. There were shady trucks in the parking lot with their hoods open. I went down the street to the Holiday Inn Express. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. You can bet that I will never stay there again. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Older motel, but remodeled, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, pool, barbecue pits outside, covered picnic tables outside rooms. Very quiet when I was there. Would stay again. Motel right on business hwy 35, right across hwy 35 is Rockport Beach, Little Bay, huge Aransas Bay, the Rockport Marina (buy bait for fishing), HEB Grocery just a few blocks north, and many restaurants in both Rockport and Fulton areas.
