My husband and I decided to change hotels last minute and very happy that we did. This is a beautiful hotel offering comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast and an incredible spa experience. We enjoyed our stay, which allowed us easy access to historical sites in Rome by either walking, taking the bus or using the metro/subways which are located just around the corner.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Very conveniently situated, very helpful and friendly staff, room service multiples times each day, restocked snacks and waters every day. Fantastic room with a lovely balcony, especially if you’re lucky enough to get room 504! Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and beautiful marble floors that keep the room pleasantly cool. The bathroom was great, although the shower pressure could have been better. High-quality towels and toiletries were another nice touch. The only minor issue with the room service was the early turndown, around 5 PM, before we had even gone out for the evening. Overall, excellent value for money! Unfortunately, the restaurant was a real disappointment. Breakfast service was extremely poor, the staff were unfriendly, the selection was limited, and the juice tasted more like diluted cordial than fresh juice. I would happily stay here again, but next time I would definitely skip breakfast and avoid the restaurant. Without that experience, the stay would have been almost perfect!

The hotel was beautiful, the room’s patio view was nice. However, the room had a lot of ants roaming around and there was Cobb webs around the frames. The area of the location was nice, the female staff members had a flat affect over all. The men were very nice and helpful. The taxi pickup & drop off was easy.
