The breakfast was good and fresh however the eating area was so noisy with the metal chairs scraping on the floor. The hot tub finally got cleaned but the children's pool area had a lot of dirt! I suggest they clean both pools at least three times daily. The hotel exterior is very run down and needs remodeled.its such a great location it's a shame to see it going downhill!

Hotel is very old but has been updated (to the extent it can be). Rooms are very small. There was trash on the ground and stairs going to our room. Other than that, I gotta say, for one night, it was fine. Room was clean and king size bed was very comfortable. Heating/cooling was very good. Lots of towels were provided. This is a great place to stay. Not super fancy but clean and plenty nice enough. They have great amenities and there is lots to do around the property without driving. Bummer that the restaurant closed because you do have to leave to eat. My only complaint was that they had the whole place staffed with one person for the whole place on the 4th of July weekend. Not good for the guests and super unkind to the worker. He kept up a good attitude though and deserves a raise!!! Kind of makes me wonder about what type of people bien it though. Bikes need some repair and I would stay there just for those so I hope they take care of them.

The Riverfront is an exceptional value. The rims are clean and spacious. We took the site, which was bigger than most 1br apartments, and included a huge soaking tub that is plenty big for two people. It had enough amenities that one could happily stay there for an extended period. It was pouring when we were there, so didn't get to use the pool, but it and the hot tub looked pleasant and clean.

Property is definitely dated and in need of repairs, upkeep, and refurbish. It seems that in many categories, the management has given up trying. Highlight is the outdoor pool area, very nice amenity. Low point is the breakfast, it seems they just want to be able to say that they have a breakfast, but almost zero effort to making it edible. E.g. they had coffee, but no creamer, when I asked if there was any available, was told "that's it, we're out." Seemed to be true for the rest of the breakfast, and the employees attitude. We ate the breakfast the first day, but skipped it the rest of the stay. Room was comfortable, on par with a Motel 6, the decor very dated, with a 1980's atomic energy mural. TV and wi-fi were functional. Overall my ratings would be: employee attitude: 1 out of 5 room comfort: 3 out of 5 grounds: 3 out of 5 breakfast: 1 out of 5 outdoor pool: 4.5 out of 5

Glorified motel. The room was smaller than I expected. There is no elevator and you had to take the stairs to get anywhere. The breakfast was mediocre. The website advertised a restaurant but there is a sign that says it is permanently closed. My mother said if you can’t say anything nice, find something. So here is what is nice. Our bathroom, albeit small, was updated and had nice fixtures. The gym was also very nice. All of the equipment seemed well maintained.

The hotel beds were very comfortable, but there was little sound proofing. Our room looked over the parking lot. We were disappointed to find the restaurant (predominately displayed in the photos) permanently closed. The breakfast was in a room with cement floors and was very noisy. Three out of four gates to the pool were not working. The best part was the location, with a lovely river walk and close to the park.
