Great hotel to just immerse yourself into downtown Seattle. Great location, albeit a little noisy. Excellent staff. Enjoyed the hotel’s cafe/restaurant/diner.

Great Trip
The hotel is very nice and was conveniently located to the water and Pikes Market. The staff was super nice and the room was clean. The only issues we had were at night you can definitely hear ALL of the road noise from the street. Also, parking qas located about a block away and the instructions werent super clear on how to use/obtain the hotel rate. Other than that the trip was amazing.

This place has seen its best days
This hotel needs an update. The staff were quite friendly but I think the standards could be improved. When we checked in there was a cleaner vacuuming noisily in the lobby. This should not be done infront of guests. We arrived around 8pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was closed and no room service. This was very disappointing so we went to bed hungry. In the morning no coffee until 8am when the restaurant opens. For business travelers this is way too late. The area around the hotel did not feel safe. This is not the hotels fault but generally Seattle has a huge homeless problem and on both evenings I heard loud arguing in the street below, Again not the hols fault and I did notice they had security at the door
