This is our second stay at this hotel, and the second stay was just as amazing as the first! The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)

Fantastic staff who were attentive from the moment you arrived to departure. The concierge was also excellent with some great recommendations. The roof top bar was fabulous with views to the palace and the cathedral. The only negative was the price of the hotel breakfast but there are plenty of fabulous spots to go outside the hotel . This is a truly fabulous hotel but what sets it apart is its staff.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice rooms with the most wonderful tub and shower (bath salts included). Our room was cleaned twice a day - be sure to check the drawers in the bathroom before you leave. The housekeeping staff placing your hairstyling hot irons in them. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are very inviting with a great view. All in all, great spot in th heart of Madrid.

Beautiful property, excellent room and location. The hot tub was closed for the season, but would have been wonderful to use I the 50-60 deg F weather, especially at night. Free use of a car for a day and shuttle throughout Madrid was a terrific amenity. Breakfast was wonderful, but the dinner food was a disappointment for some of our party. The staff was most friendly and accommodating.
