The staff at Radisson Blu Edinburgh City Centre went out of their way to be helpful! My daughter left her wedding dress behind in the mad rush to get to the venue outside the city. Zoe on the front desk located it, kept it safe then handed it over to a relative who brought it to the venue. Zoe saved the day. Thank you Zoe!

Fantastic location on the Royal Mile within walking distance of all attractions. The pool area is quite small and crowded with families. A lovely sauna and steam room but no jacuzzi . The room allocated to us was on the fourth floor of the hotel directly above a late student nightclub called Hive. This meant three nights of disturbed sleep between the hours of midnight and three am. This was mentioned to the hotel concierge upon checking out. We booked the stay to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary, sadly this was not acknowledged by the hotel in any way.

Great hotel in an ideal central location in the heart of the action in old Edinburgh, right on the Royal Mile. Beautiful castle-like building but fully updated and modern inside. Great rooms: spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, with bathrooms to match. Very friendly and competent staff; they know how to care for their guests. The on-site bar and restaurant is super convenient and complements the bustling, old city atmosphere. The pool and spa are excellent also. I will stay here on my next visit to Edinburgh.
