Lovely staff. Beautiful decor and a classic historical hotel. Our room was big, comfy and well appointed. We didn’t use the restaurant although it looked wonderful. Grea in-room features including full Foxtel. love staying here when we can.

Staff was amazing. The location close to theatre and the Bar were also very good. Valet parking was excellent and very efficient. Loved our stay there.

We were a family staying and had an upgrade to the Victorian Suite. The entire hotel felt like stepping back in time if you like shows like Downton Abbey you will love this place. Our room was huge and the high ceilings made it feel even more spacious, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Melbourne. While we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant we did get room service and the meal was delicious. I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be looking forward to staying again.

Welcoming staff were eager to assist us and make our stay smooth and relaxing. The friendly concierge was a valuable asset to make our stay memorable.
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were spotless and comfortable. The vintage decor, flowers and aesthetics was a lovely change and made me feel grand.
Best part was having transport at our doorstep (Parliament Station and trams) and Pelligrini's close-by. Great location and a fantastic vintage hotel.
