Just fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful; the room was large and beautiful; and breakfast was excellent with many, many choices. And for me, making a very quick trip and needing to get to and from the airport quickly, the location could not have been more convenient - about a 5 minute walk to the airport express train. (Also a nice area with many shops and eateries.)

Lovely staff! They were so friendly and helpful. First we got a room that smelled cigarette smoke and the staff in the front desk did right away give us a new room on the top floor. Breakfast had some variety but very busy, not great gluten free options so that could be improved. Coffee was awful… but slept great, very comfortable beds and they also have a pillow menu!

We booked two double rooms and one was basic and small but okish but the other one was absolutely terrible. It was much smaller than the first one and the bathroom was so small that you couldn’t move inside the shower and it would flood the bedroom. We complained to the staff and they said that yes that room is really bad but they still sell it as a double room. There is no air conditioning and to open the window you need to request a handle from reception. It’s also hard to sleep as you can hear a lot of noise from the street.
