The staff especially Brianna was excellent. Cheerful and helpful and unfortunately had to apologize for and compensate for the condition of the hotel. I included a photo of the entrance portico which is a guest's first impression. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were unable to get the TV remote to work so Brianna came up to our room to assist and get it to work. The phone in our room didn't work. The beds and pillows were in good condition and comfortable. The location of this hotel is pretty remote and not as conveniently located to the airport as we had hoped.

The hotel is in good condition and our room was nice. The entrance to the hotel is not well maintained, we did not have a microwave but staff was very helpful in getting our food warm, it had no breakfast due to understaff. It had a very nice dining area but it was close for now. They told us that the hotel has a new owner and lots of renovations are expected.

THEY ARE VERY NICE! It was very “sketchy” as you approached the hotel, it seemed as if it was ran down. The roof was coming apart , holes in the wall, plaster, etc.. HOWEVER the room WAS CLEAN! Bed was comfortable..I was told they are going thru renovations so I can understand that, I am not saying it was a horrible experience or hotel.. the staff was so wonderful, offered me breakfast and coffee.. very very sweet and kind!! Had a dry erase board with a lovely saying on it to make me smile 😊 I would recommend this hotel due to the staff.. I can’t wait to see what it’s like after renovations! Look forward to seeing it! Do need some more light and directions tho so you k ow you did not make a wrong turn..

Our stay was mediocre at best. The room itself was acceptable enough for sleeping, but the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the maintenance of both the building and the property. There were areas with peeling paint, damaged walls, and ceilings that were literally opened up with drywall missing and wiring exposed. Other areas looked patched rather than properly repaired. The hallways were also noticeably scuffed and worn. For a Wyndham-branded property, I expected the building and grounds to be maintained much better. Another disappointment was the lack of breakfast. I understand that some hotels no longer offer a full hot breakfast, but they didn’t even have the full option of their bagged brown bag breakfast. This would have at least shown some effort and given guests something before getting back on the road. Nothing about the stay was absolutely disastrous, but very little impressed us either. The property simply feels neglected and in need of significant maintenance, repairs, and attention to appearance. With some investment in the building, grounds, and basic guest amenities like breakfast, this could be a much better hotel. As it stands, however, I would describe our experience as disappointing and very average.

My check-in was very easy and quick. The person at check-in was so nice and friendly! My room looked very nice however, the air conditioner was so loud, that I was unable to even hear my tv regardless of how loud I turned it up. The toilet was constantly running and the bathtub had a slow drain so the water would puddle on my feet. This review is not to tear it down bc I honestly would stay here again, they just need to fix a few things bc the room was beautiful

The sheets were clean in the bed was mostly comfortable, but overall the hotel is not well maintained. In the bathroom, the wall was literally falling apart, apparently from what looked like water damage. There was no breakfast included, which was promised on the booking They did not have staff at the front desk most of the time. The bar was not open. It seemed like they were very understaffed. Our room was incorrect when we got there. We did appreciate them offering an extra room, which was nice but overall, if you were looking for a comfortable and clean hotel with nice amenities, this would not be your choice.

The place was a mess. I expected a modest lodging, but this was beyond the pale. The cover over the entrance where cars pull up had a massive hole in it with sheetrock hanging down from it. It looked like no one had even attempted to tidy it up and it stayed just this way the entire time I was there. The staff were friendly enough, but I came down in the morning to a sign that simply said there was no breakfast. There was no reason given - just that breakfast wasn't available.

The property is in poor shape. The driveway has pot holes. The carport ceiling is falling in. All the trash containers are overflowing and trash is everywhere. Cockroach in my bathroom. No continental breakfast as advertised. Will be staying somewhere else next time. Exterior door is stuck open and sealed with plastic.
