Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Only problem was we only had a shower and would’ve preferred a tub, the door to the shower would not stay closed so we had to cram a wash rag in it multiple times to while showering. Outside of the hotel is full of potholes that will bottom out your car, it is not at the fault of the hotel but use caution while driving around the area.

Heat and phone did not work in our room. Staff was great and we were given a different room after they were unable to fix the problem. Very apologetic. Just wondering why new heating units were not installed considering the hotel is currently going through a major renovation. We were told the units were refurbished. The heating in our replacement room was better but not great.
