Check in was very quick and easy. Front desk associate was very friendly. There was a smell of pot on our floor which was not so nice. A man had a large dog in his room barking throughout the night. We also got a charge of $12 for the complimentary breakfast which came from a 3rd party according to the manager.

Elevator was broken and beeped for 3 hours in the early morning. This is a very noisy hotel. Due to late casino customers coming to their rooms and not being considered talking very well. Would probably not pick this hotel again

Poor Management
We asked 2 different times for towels and finally had to call down to the front desk and get them after they promised to bring them. There was no kleenex in the room.The maid came into our room an hour before check out time and had everything stripped down and started cleaning. We were not checked out yet. They told us that's what they do so we were unable to use the room that we paid for. We had to use the restrooms down by the front desk. Both were out of paper towels and both had employees come out while we were there.
