This is a great place to stay. It really looks like a castle and keeps the theme throughout the property. The staff was friendly and the location was great.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. For the price we paid the pictures seemed too good to be true but we were not disappointed. The hotel felt high end and the restaurant and bar were excellent as well. My only complaint was there were time when there was a long line at the front desk and they only had one person checking in and handling questions from guests.

My girlfriend and I have stayed here twice. They changed the layout of some of the stuff around the pool courtyard, but it was a nice change. The staff was nice, room was clean and the roof is a nice spot to view the sunset. It was not covered incase of rain, but the weather was good enough we got to enjoy it.

This is an amazing property. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and staffed by friendly, helpful people. The room was very quiet and had a great view of the pool area.

Honestly a great hotel overall. The location is right off I Drive. The room was clean, nice shower, good pool area, and attentive and helpful staff. The on-site restaurant has a legit breakfast buffet with customized omelet and waffle menu. Superlative value...would stay again.

Love staying her… great location and property!… the only negative they did not tell us about request cleaning the room until the next day… so when we got back at midnight from being out at the parks… We had no clean towels the room had not been cleaned…. Just making sure when you get there that you remind them to clean your room each and every day that you’re there.

I rarely say WOW to places because I’m such a clean freak, but I was very impressed by the cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Room was adorable. Pool felt like you were at an estate. Cute little bar.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. Originally, we chose to opt out of the buffet breakfast, however, we ended up going every morning because of how impressed we were. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience thanks to the warm hospitality and accommodating staff!!!

The location is great, especially if you are going to Universal Studios. Overall, the hotel is in good condition; however, the room was not 100% clean, and they did not come to clean it during our stay.
