Beyond wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Staff was EXCEPTIONAL and location PERFECTION. We’ve been to Rome many times but this was our first time at this hotel…it’s now the ONLY place that we’ll stay. Feels like a quiet retreat from the hustle and busy of a busy city. Magical!

Outstanding staff! Impeccable room! Room service was incredible. Truly…. we stayed here in October and came back to Rome for the hotel! Unbelievable experience. Perfect location at the top of the Spanish Steps. Actually used the spa this time and it was so special. The staff were simply wonderful. Highly recommend. junior Suite with a terrace will be my room every single time I return to Rome! Don’t miss out on this hotel. Worth every penny.

A gem, that's an oasis.

Absolutely lovely. Steps aways from the Steps of Piazza Spagna, you are in the heart of the city but away from the madness. Staff is FABULOUS. Helpful and kind. Room cleaning services deserves SIX STARS, they made up our room and left it looking like a spread for an interior decoration magazine. Best housekeeping n the world. Wonderful all arounnd. Spa is world class.

Fabulous location, lovely building, very helpful staff. Two small issues, AC in the room didn't work well and the terrace was closed for a private event without warning.
