I highly recommend the Hilton Santa Barbara! I will be staying here again if I return to the area. The pool was so much fun and everything was so clean and easy to use. Our check in ran smoothly and Cupid was lovely and very helpful. The room was amazing as well, very spacious and fun to hang out on the balcony. There is beach access right accross the street so that is a plus as well!

Excellent check-in. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping service was great. Property was tired. Rooms need to be renovated. Not sure why there is still carpet for flooring in a 4 star hotel for $600+ per night. Pool was closed for two days of a three day weekend. The Coffee Shop could only do drip coffee....for $7.10 per cup for a medium. Come on - how about a coffee service in the lobby like most hotels? Location is fantastic - right on the beach with a 10 minute walk to State street. All in all - great staff trying their best in a tired property

Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the kind and welcoming staff. The hotel’s location is excellent, it’s within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it very convenient to explore the area. That said, the rooms were quite outdated, especially considering the price. For the premium cost of staying here, I expected a more modern, updated room. While the location and service were great, the accommodations didn’t match the price point. With some room renovations, this hotel would offer a much better overall value.
