This stay was better than anticipated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the starbucks coffee, valet service and lots of snacks and dining options. The room was better than expected too. The only thing that could've been better would be to have the pool area open.

The view from my room was amazing! The room was super clean as well as the rest of the property. Easy access to the convention center. I ate at the market & the B- Dinner. Both restaurants had good food and the staff was friendly. I was there for an expo/trade show. Would love to go back for a few days for vacation!

I had a great time. Was there for the spooky empire event and had a three day pass. The room was clean and beautiful with a balcony. The staff was super helpful helping us navigate the event. We are at a few places in the hotel, the marketplace was the first stop. For snacks and quick food ideas, they have s large variety of items for drinks, food, snacks and desert. We ordered burgers but they weren't good. The next day we had breakfast at the café and food was great, staff was friendly but process slightly high but definitely expected for eating in the hotel
