Air condition worked well. Room was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Only item of improvement would be to provide some wrapped biscuits for the breakfast tea.

Happy receptionist and very organised (wedge for the door provided, told us where to park etc). Rooms clean and comfortable. Central to Tauranga town I.e. a drive 16 minutes to the beach which has ample parking (unless the marathon is happening).
