8/10 Very good

Maintenance and housekeeping were great at advocating for us getting a different room when we noticed that our carpet was soaked in an area by the bed. The only complaint we have is that there was no real fridge and my husband needed one for his insulin. The front desk did tell us he could store it downstairs, but he was not comfortable with that. We ended up

I personally enjoyed it. I only had minimal contact with the hotel staff , but everyone was nice. I slept really well and had one of the best meals I ever had at Maggianos Little Italy Restaurant. When you combine them I would have no problem giving the experience a 4.7 stars. There was an incident with what i can only assume was a passer thru when I first arrived , but I have no reason to believe or lay fault on the hotel.
