Comfortable hotel connected to Main Station

Strategic and comfortable hotel directly connected to taipei main station. Room was wide and comfortable and there was good wifi connection. The staff was really polite. Only drawback : the gym was tiny, old and without any bottle water nor towels.

I had a 48 hour layover in Taipei and I am glad I booked this hotel for my stay. It is in a great location accessible from Taipei Main Station. Very central with metro beside it and lots of places to eat and see. The hotel is clean, seemed modern or recently renovated maybe. Staff where accommodating and friendly. Especially the friendly staff at the moment buffet, the friendly man who signed me in every morning took time to come speak to me in English. Food was great also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you have limited time in Taipei.

MRT and railway trains just below. Rain or shine it's accessible from the basement and able to travel to any part of Taipei or outside of Taipei for sightseeing. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and of reasonable size.

Great location, clean

Clean and comfortable bed. Love that they had in room kimono for use. Location is amazing. Lifts go to B1 which links to the underground malls. Bathrooms clean and good water pressure. However I had the misfortune to stay opposite a family who kept their room doors open and talked very loudly. While the doors are not soundproof and I could hear people outside loud and clear, I didn't hear any street noise so that's great. Great location once again. Walkable to some tourist sites. Taipei main station as interchange of my mrt lines.

Great location. Hotel is attached to the MRT station. The only downside is the beds are very hard, they donโ€™t have any cushions at all. It feels like your sleeping on wood. Guest services werenโ€™t as considerate. We understand itโ€™s the policy of the hotel in regards to check-in time but please be considerate of your guest who travelled for more than 13hrs. As rooms become available do they really need to ask if their room is already available? One of the Front desk Clerk said we needed to wait at 3p because they are overbooked. Is that really our problem?
