The receptionist that check me in was absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful and service oriented. This is the original Arne Jacobsen hotel - super cool and perfect example of Danish high-end design.

A beautiful, clean hotel in a great city downtown location. Steps from Tivoli surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. I block from main train station. Staff was terrific. Rates are reasonable.

Staff are friendly and helpful, room was immaculate. Unfortunately I was there during a heatwave and the building wasn’t up for it. Closed the curtains, but not enough. A different time of year it would be fantastic. Great views of the city.
