Gordon, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Would be helpful to have some cutlery and plates in the unit apart from that it was great clean and tidy and warm housekeeping do a great job
Donna, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious. However, the bed wasn’t properly made, there were a lot of dead bugs on the blind in the bathroom area, not all of the lights worked, and the tv kept dropping its network connection making watching anything impossible.
Jaime, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Loved the location, the staff were really frinedly the food was fantastic thank you for making our stay safe and an awesome experience highly recommend for others too. And the pricing is worth it!!
Kolina, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Jill, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Very central to all attractions. Very basic but good for what we needed.
Annie, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent location
Eloy, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is amazingly spacious. While other hotels are squeezed into small space, this one is completely: huge rooms, huge halls huge dinning areas. It is also clean, safe and functional. This is not our first visit, and we will visit it again.
Miodrag, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very spacious rooms. Had everything we needed for our stay.
Peter, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

This hotel in its hey day would have been amazing. The years have been a little unkind and the hotel rooms are tired. The bathroom fittings are old or spoiled by the sulphure in the air, our toilet kept over flowing when the cistern was full randomly, and toilet door had obviously seen a leak in the past with swelling, and kitchenette tap had a slow leak. However, the beds were clean, as was the rest of the room and facilities. The heating was great throughout keeping the hotel warm mid winter, and to be honest, I would happily stay there again.
Steffan, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good value

Comfortable accommodations
Brian, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Rooms great size ,clean . The lack of proper bar staff was an issue..noone to make a cocktail and lack of variety of alcohol choices. Otherwise all good. Food was great
Alice, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The beds were squishy, the fittings in the room ancient. The breakfast buffet was overpriced, not much selection and inedible. The carpets were gross. It was a very negative experience
