The hotel says customers have to notice them in case of late check-in, so we called the lobby around 20:15 on August 23 and a woman told us (on a dry and quite bothered tone) to send an email, which she simply replied to that it is fine to arrive late because the lobby is open 24/7. Upon our arrival, we got welcomed by a nice man at the lobby. We were glad it was not the same woman. The hotel is well-kept but looks more like a campsite. The room is not very nice for the price point, however we appreciate it was very clean. The lighting is awful though and it was impossible to create a nice atmosphere. Furthermore, the pillows are either way to small (flat like a carpet and small like a A4 paper sheet) or so big and high that you will snap your neck trying to sleep on them. The biggest surprise was the next morning, when the hotel blasted loud music starting from 08:00 non-stop. We could have sung along from our bed if we wanted to. So we went to the breakfast because it was literally impossible to sleep in. Do not expect a quiet start of the day. There are kids screaming and running around everywhere because of the playground located inside the restaurant. It was impossible to find a table away from the noise. The choice of food was poor and the quality was questionable, but one of the staff member was pleasant to us. At last, the woman at check-out was very very nice but we felt relieve to finally leave this place. Very expensive for what it is...

Beware of Weddings!

Very nice property, excellent restaurant, good service except our room was not cleaned. We stayed for two nights and there was a wedding party each night. Quite noisy and disturbing until very late in the night or rather early in the morning. It is a pity our stay at this beautiful stylish property suffered from the above. So make sure you book here only when you are a member of the respective wedding party!

The main door to the room does not close properly.... Therefore, when someone was walking on the terrace talking and approaching the door, I was awakened... As if that person was in your room.

Pobyt bol fantastický odporúčame aj rodinám s deťmi . Pekne prostredie a bio jazierko ,ktoré večer mení farbu nemá chybu. Pred dverami izby je stôl so stoličkami kde si večer môžte posedieť pri pohári vínka, čítať knihu alebo len tak oddychovať . Čistota izieb a okolia bola bezchybná , personál a obsluha milý. V areáli je krásne veľké prostredie na šantenie detí a oddych dospelých. Veľmi sa mi páčilo že vám poskytnú deky a vy si môžte len tak posedieť v tráve pekne pokosenej. Vzdialenosť na zámok ,zoo cca 30 min bez auta.
