    Unnecessary Fees And Games
The good - Comfortable bed, clean, overall room was nice. The bad - We opted out on what we thought was towel swap, turned out they didn't come in at all. They said it was to go green, but seemed like just to save them money. We did get a $10 credit for doing it. We wanted to do room service, but couldn't find a menu. We tried to use the one on the TV, but when we ordered we were told that one wasn't updated and use the one in the room. The biggest problem are the resort fees. Just under $40 a day, and they get real defensive when you say anything. We couldn't seem to avoid them. There were also parking fees, $15 a day. We were able to get those taken care of by getting one of the Caesar Rewards high interest Visa cards. There are stupid games you had to play (Use it to buy an item of at least $1) and then you get Platinum status which you need to get free parking. The wife and I have decided to boycott Vegas until the resort fees go away. I hope others will follow.

When I booked the hotel, I called to ask if the type of room i was booking had a bath tub since my leg is in a cast. They said yes. We check in and there is only a shower. I went downstairs to see if we could move rooms to a bathtub and the lady said that it would be $36 more per night. No thank you.

    Great location but....
I picked this hotel because it was near the center of the strip. My overall stay was okay. The restroom had something splattered on the cabinets and walls, which I cleaned myself since it was so late when we checked in. I figured housekeeping could do a better job. This was my first time bringing the kids with me, so I had expected to have them wind down at night watching Netflix on our firestick. I was a bit bummed that they removed every function that would allow you to switch the Input on the TV and remote. So no Netflix for the kiddos. Instead, Bally’s wants you to pay for their movies. Oh, and you only get to connect TWO devices to the WiFi (so I opted to let the kids connect their devices). There was an additional $15 per device/ per night for connecting more than TWO. That’s ridiculous considering I booked the room for two adults and two kids. I mean I already paid $40+ per night for the resort fee. Now that I think about it... most of the hotels had different amenities, like heated pools or free attractions (habitats, shows, aquariums). Bally’s did not even have a Concierge service. They told me that I would need to go over to Paris to use theirs. I guess the $40 resort fee is to use their gym?? I feel as though the resort fee should be reduced when not all amenities can be utilized during the cooler months. I was their during Spring Break (March 7th) and it was definitely too cold for the pool.

Our stay was very nice, room very clean and bed comfortable. Very disappointed in lack of communication at the front desk when I checked. I checked in early and the representative at the desk it would be $34.01 extra for checking in early, not mentioning that I had to pay 4 days resort fee on top of that , when I already payed a resort fee for my room. Very poor communication on there point and especially when you have a representative that you can’t understand fully.

Very pleased with my stay at Bally’s. Easy check in with kiosk. Great location! Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom has a large vanity.

    Poor 2.0
    Room details are falsely advertised
They remodeled the executive suite with giant tub in room. Not anywhere does it mention that after the remodel, the tub is no longer jetted. Lady at front desk told me "You got what you paid for. " Also, not anywhere on this website, or another website listing each different type of, identifies that another room type, in a different tower, offers a jetted tub option. Therefore, how is a patron who has previously stayed in one of the jetted tub rooms, supposed to distinguish the disk free between the rooms that do not so they don't reserve the wrong room?? The lady offered me $30 hotel food/ beverage credit. I told her tod was unacceptable as my whole trip was already planned out and since i was checking out the very next day, i didn't see how i had time to even use it. She declined to be any more accommodating by stating that the $30 credit was all that the hotel would be willing to offer me considering the room with the non jetted bath tub was reserved by me in error not the hotel.
