The Staff was over the top the other hotels need to use yall hospitality for training. Front desk Tra the best , Miss Terri for Breakfast so sweet, and Mr Edward maintaince he helped with my wife glasses . These folks went above and there duties. Thank these folks they deserve it .

Had an amazing stay. Everyone was very nice, Anthony was very helpful with my bags and checking in, really appreciated that. The coffee cafe was ok, coffee was good, sandwich wasn’t. I didn’t eat at the restaurant. View was great, and loved waking to the view of the harbor. Felt safe walking around and enjoying the area on this solo trip. Would definitely book here again.

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and the aquarium. Helpful and nice staff. However, walls are thin and you can hear the bathrooms flushing from other rooms and when people walk by talking. Also, if you get a room facing the harbor it can be pretty loud if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, everything was good. Restaurant on the 2nd floor was also good. You have to pay for parking but there is a way to get in to the hotel from the parking deck which is nice. Would stay there again.
