The hotel is very nice and has been renovated in the last few years. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very courteous. The only thing I had an issue with were the bathroom fixtures which didn't work very well. Otherwise a lovely hotel. Breakfast was very good also but the buffet area is too small for a hotel this size

6/10 Good

Upon arrival our room was dirty & the toilet was clogged. Gross but we got moved to another room on the same floor. The room wasn’t great and the shower didn’t have hot water … weird. we booked this hotel for two nights and honestly, I wanted to leave after the first night but we stuck it out. They gave us free breakfast after the room switch which was cool. Upon checking out, we received a call from the manager and they comped one of our nights which makes me consider going back. Staff was good. Hotel is just outdated.

10/10 Exceptional

Our whole stay was perfect, super clean room. staff was very helpful even though we forgot wallets at home, they worked with us. only thing I disliked was that the guy taking care of the bar, refused to let my husband watch one of the World Cup games in the lobby because he had to buy a drink or else he couldn’t watch.. Pool was very clean!
