It’s a no for me.
The hotel had a “old” smell to it. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling as well as the leather headboard. Hotel needs to be updated. Had to ask the front desk for towels 3 times (literally didn’t get them until the end of the day lol) it would be ok to stay here if it was cheaper, then I would feel like I got what I paid for. Checked out a day early.

Disappointed
This was by far the worse Embassy Suites I have ever been to my 30 years of living. The staff was by far the laziest people I ever met, they where not attentive to their guest or guest concerns. When I arrived my FIRST room had an odor and the tv didn’t work so I asked for it to be fixed multiple times. Never got fixed. The next day they changed the room and that room was a little better but but it had black mold on the bed my children had to sleep in so they just slept on the couch part. Overall this hotel needs to renovated and they need to have a hiring event for better staff.

Loved the size of the queen room with the extra sitting/dining area. Check in was at 3pm and we did not get a room until 5pm. We ate at the cafe to kill time. So there may be a staffing issue in housekeeping. Nice place. Kids enjoyed the pool. Happy hour was nice. Breakfast buffet was good. I would stay there again.

My husband and daughter had a daddy daughter weekend and a pipe broke in the bathroom and they had to move rooms at 1 am and management would not refund or discount anything and it was sewage that was leaking through the room and room they were moved too did not have working AC so it was uncomfortable all together and management isn’t fixing the issues but instead charged us again for another night
