We will come back again in the future. Only thing that matters to us is put good stars because one in the shower head isn’t strong enough of water pressure. We had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were very clean and up to date. The front staff were wonderful. Anything we asked for they were able to accommodate and brought right to our room for us. The cookies are a bonus and our kids loved them! Only thing that we didn't like was the big pool was so cold.

Huge, aging hotel

We wanted a place with an outdoor pool to have some R&R time while visiting Pittsburgh. The hotel was so large and so busy that when my wife went to sit by the tiny pool (in the shade of the surrounding tower blocks!) It was packed with people, noisy and not that clean. The reception clerk seemed clueless. The a/c was blasting on full when we got to the room (such a waste of energy and freezing cold), although the room itself was quite comfortable. The windows were filthy though. Didn’t have breakfast as it's an extra charge, but looked distinctly average. Only plus is that we could check out after two of our three booked nights.
