Great for airport shuttle and overnight car park
What the facility lacks for modern amenities and up-to-date comforts it makes up for with excellent service. Jabari, the attendant even helped us locate something that we left behind in our room. He promptly recovered it and called us back within a few minutes. He arranged for our early morning airport shuttle and everything worked out punctually as arranged. The shuttle service operator they use also gives excellent service. We were even able to leave our vehicle a few nights for a nominal fee. Overall we had a good experience.

Room fine, service exasperating
Room was fine. However, interaction with staff varied wildly. First guy i called refused to verify i had a reservation, and lied that he looked it up. I was coming in late and used a 3rd party reservation site so i always call to verify. Called midtrip, and the lady was nice and verified my res. When i landed and calld for the shittle, they neglected to tell me the van had a different name than the hotel (so doubled my wait time). And then they woke me at 5am becaue they wrote the time down wrong for my morning shuttle...and then argued with me for several minutes about the time (which they wrote down wrong). Was only there for 6 hours, and their mix ups cost me over an hour of that sleep time.
