My sister (Elk Grove) and I (Reno) stayed for 3 nights and were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and prompt - one night (11 pm), there were people yelling outside our door; we called the front desk and it was taken care of in 5 minutes. The location is great. Ice wasn't available on the 3rd floor, but the kitchen provided it. Highly recommend this place!!!

Overall a very quiet and cozy hotel! The room was upgraded due to them not having the room we originally chose. The room was updated and very nice! Although, when we were getting ready for bed there was a stain or a dirty spot on the main bed sheet. We ended up taking it off and using one of the thin blankets as a cover because it was so late already to ask for new one. Other than that our experience was good. The front desk was very friendly and gave a list of useful information. Definitely stay here if you want something peaceful!
