While check-in was not great (no one at the desk for about 10 minutes while I and another guest trying to check in tried calling the number that was left for that purpose), the staff was otherwise very helpful and easy to deal with even though I do not speak much German. The hotel itself is very conveniently located near a lot of great restaurants and good public transportation.

Hotel is beautiful with air conditioning and nice staff. Rooms are very small if you're traveling with another person. No kettle, coffee maker, or bar fridge in the room was inconvenient for a longer stay. That said, the facilities are very well maintained and the location is great with multiple transit options. Many food/drink, and coffee options nearby.

Staff was great. They did not replenish our coffee in four days even after requiring it. Staff told us they were only allowed to replenish every three days and only 3 pods per replenishment, even with two guests.

The hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast had lots of options. One staff member at the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I asked if she could help me call a taxi to get to the airport. She told me "no, you need to do it yourself". I was shocked, never had this happen at a hotel before. Also, hotel does not have a bar and when I asked the front desk for another recommendation for a bar near by, I was told to go walk around and find one myself.

Inget hotell jag kan rekommendera. Betalade för ett bättre rum än standard som var så mörkt och lyhört, angränsade till en club och musiken dånade genom väggarna till sent på natten. Otrevlig receptionist som saknade känsla för service när jag påtalade problemet . Hotellet marknadsför en bar men det fanns ingen. Lobbyn ligger en källare vilket kände märkligt. Kaffemaskin på rummet men kapslar ingick inte under hela vistelsen. Brutalt hårda sängar . Det enda som var bra med hotellet var frukosten.

The location is very central and all the major sites are within walking distance. The hotel rooms are very dimly lit and COMPACT with little closet space, NO fridge, the shower booth cannot be tightly closed so your floor gets flooded. I heard many customers complaining about the noise at night too. The lobby is the only spot with high speed (only decent)

We enjoyed our stay a lot. the room was not big but it was perfectly accommodated for 2 people. The staff was so kind as well and I was able to reach them in anticipation to ask they help to prepare a special ocassion upon our arrival - they did and helped me amazingly with a birthday surprise! Just as a precaution the bathroom could get a little too slippery.
