I do not recommend staying here. The service was awful, and the suite was extremely dirty upon arrival. The linens were dirty, one of the beds was broken, and the floors and coffee tables had not been cleaned. The decorative pillows were stained, there were leftover cigars on the balcony, and both the indoor and outdoor couches were visibly stained, which made us not even want to sit on the furniture. Not all of the TVs had remotes, and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. One of the beds we needed was unusable due to being broken.
Customer service was equally disappointing. We were repeatedly told that housekeeping would contact us, but they never did. Instead, housekeeping marked the issues as “resolved” without ever addressing them or following up. When we finally reached the hotel to formally complain and request compensation, they offered us 2% on 1 nights stay when we stayed 5 nights.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will never book this hotel again.

Let down.
I do not recommend this place. There are several things missing or just worn out. I picked this place based on the listing saying 5 people could sleep in 3 different beds. But it is 2 separate rooms that are NOT connected. I even tried to get door wedges to prop the doors open so we wouldn’t have to keep opening the door each time we needed to talk to the kids. We stayed 3 nights and they never brought the wedges. The black out curtains are missing in the 2 bedroom suite and the sun was in the my kids’ faces at 5:20am. The curtains in the one bedroom suite were hard to open and close. And when you close the doors to the hall so both rooms can be left unlocked that door is insanely hard to open and close. Place needs to be maintained a little better.

The refrigerator was not working. Had to pay to rent blankets and sheets for the beds. The balcony door was locked. No maid service to retrieve trash or pick up wet towels. Bathroom door locks you in. Very Horrible experience.

I have stayed at another Strip View property and that experience was great, not so much this time- I booked a 2 bedroom and ended up with separate rooms Yes across the hall but when traveling with kids not ideal. Also this unit 23320/23322 was definitely showing its age, as well as broken fridge/not clean freezer/dishes etc.
if you are under 21 you need an adult at the pool. My 17 year old daughter wasn’t thrilled.

My three days at Palms Place with my family were disappointing because the front desk said there was no housekeeping provided and that requesting housekeeping would result in extra fees.
The TVs are old, cracked, and heavily dust-covered.
The kitchen has very few and obsolete appliances and utensils.

False advertisement! Did not receive the “Penthouse” that I booked based on hotels.com images or “in room detail” amenities as confirmed on my booking.
No private jet tub, no furnished balcony, no 65 in tvs. Stripviewsuites advises that the queen pull out couch is really a full pull out couch. Fridge was broken and registering at 91 degrees.

This is a condotel arrangement and I was truly dissatisfied during our stay. 1) TV did not work due to fired cables 2) Requested maid service did not show up even when scheduled in advanced with a fee 3) washing machine had a smell probably from previous load and dryer did not work. The problem is that this type of property requires the owner to do upgrade and maintenance. And we were inconvenineced as a result of it.

ALERT- Do not stay at Palms- StripView Suites....
⚠️- ⚠️-ALERT-Do not stay at the StripView Suites, they are complete bait and switch. The rooms are not represented accurately on their website, they are dirty, trash on floors, bathrooms are dirty, furniture is broken, plus once you arrive they try to nickle and dime you for everything. We reserved the suites for the extra beds, however if you want pillows and blankets for the sofa beds those are extra. The refrigerator door was broken, a large piece of metal fell on our sons foot. We tried calling their customer service line 4x's and no one could provide bedsing unless they billed us extra. The Palms couldnt help us out either because the unit is privately owned, however that was never represented on the website. Your under the impression your booking with The Palms. Please, do not stay there.

Room had a great view with plenty of space. However, the jacuzzi tub did not work at all, which was a main selling point to the room. There is increasing wear on the room that has been neglected for example one of the legs of a chair what broken, but left so that when one of us sat it tipped right over spilling them in the hard tiles floor. Closet doors almost fell on another and the wood at the hinges was damaged.
There was a huge delay for check-in due to issues at the hotel and was promised by the property managing company that they would call us back about the customer service issues, which never happened and they are now acting as if they are not responsible for what they said they would do.
Very piss poor customer service and follow-through from Strip View Suites, Will not use them again!

I liked the large space, great view, nice amenities and multiple large beds and bathrooms. What i didn't like is the condition of the room. The large fridge did not work, one of the window curtains was torn with the sun shining in your face where the rip was when you woke up, 2/4 televisions didn't work and cleanliness was not very good when we got there. Didn't look like they mopped and there were many hairs from previous guest all over the the place. Housekeeping is an extra charge. We called the Palms to come at least try to fix the televisions as there were five of us in the rental. Maintenance man basically tried to jiggle a few wires and call the cable company but no luck. He couldn't do much because the place was privately owned and the owner would have to hire out to fix the issues. A little frustrating. Overall, The pluses outweigh the cons, but if you choose to stay at stripviewsuites at the Palms ensure the property is owned by the Palms and not an independent owner as if there are issues there is a better chance they get fixed.

Horrible experience. spent 2 days and many hours of our vacation wasted dealing with issues regarding our rooms. rooms are not conjoining as indicated. one of the rooms had a very bad odor and cannot be used. i had to communicate with host, hotel and expedia. no resolution from all parties except to clean the room. after several phone calls back and forth, room was cleaned by hotel to eliminate the odor, which did not work. As cleaning was done to remove the odor, our room was left open and unlocked for several hours by housekeeping which caused a security issue. finally after all this we did not feel safe to stay there. expedia finally found us another hotel and refunded us for the remaining nights we had reserved. definitely will not be staying here ever again.

Couple things disappointed me.
1 you cant use the balcony unless you’re the owner of the room or staying more than 30 days. We were informed that there was a balcony area when reserving so we were bummed out we couldn’t enjoy the views outside like we wanted.
2. Extra towels, extra sugar and coffee are not included. You have to pay for more towels. We had a suite that was for 10 people we were 8 and only had 4 towels. Luckily we brought our own but to a certain point we would of wanted extra ones.
3. No room service allowed for your room cause it’s a 3rd party room. Again hotels .com didn’t say any of this when reserving.
4. The worst bummer part of the trip was the pools closing at 5. I know it’s common everywhere in Vegas now but for a family who isn’t there to really go out and party the pools closing early with out us knowing sure sucked.
The only plus side i have for this location was the staff. Great service and attention from the bell men to the valet guys.

Lack of communication with the hotel is terrible. The room was damaged upon arrival. There was a major leak. Majority of the amenities did not work. The room was over priced. 0 out of 10 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

There is critical info that was not provided to me about this room before booking. For example, that the room was a timeshare. This meant anything that we needed (e.g., extra blankets, pillows, or broken things fixed like lights and two of the beds) would be an extra charge to us or need to be approved by the owner before fixing. One of the pull-out sofa's did not pull out and the baseboards in one of the beds kept slipping out which made for an incredibly uncomfortable sleep. Again, the hotel cannot fix anything without approval from the timeshare owner, which meant we just had to deal with it (the owner never responded to the request). The room also does not get cleaned. Also, the front desk told us cabs do not come to Palms Place because the cab companies "are mad at us." Which meant you had to walk a mile down the road to another hotel to get to a cab stand.
