Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I was a bit disappointed in the pool lounge areas. Lounge seating was dirty and old, towels are ripped and stained. Did not find sunscreen available and I had to walk a far distance just to find the towels. I’ve definitely experienced better amenities at comparable resorts. The slide was fun for the kids however the space for the parents to keep an eye on the kids is small and doesn’t have much seating. Staff was attentive though. Please update your pool furniture and towels!

Pool was closed during our stay, room was way too far from the lobby, had to send for a golf cart to get a ride everywhere on the property, parking is a joke, make sure you valet park if you stay here, not the best experience but the staff was great.

This place is amazing! We got there at 11am and they actually had a room available already! And it was the perfect room, dead center from the pools. The staff is super friendly, always willing to answer questions. We Were there for 4th of July weekend and they had lots of activities and just pure fun! Can't wait to go back!

Had a wonderful vacation with my husband and 2 kids. I've stayed at this property over 10 years ago and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The grounds were well kept and the staff was great, we enjoyed the pool almost each day of our stay! A huge plus was the on-site kids center, our kids loved their time with Janet and her team. An unexpected bonus was how much local wildlife we were able to watch from our patio morning, noon, and night.

We’ve been going to La Paloma to 9 years now, twice a year no question. We tried other resorts when we first moved here but if you have kids and love a nice relaxing day by the pool or by the swim up bar and grill. The food is amazing at the grill prepared by Chef Joseph W. The staff is amazingly helpful and very friendly! I recommend everyone try this resort at least once, it’s totally worth the relaxation in such a beautiful place!!
