Our stay at the Westin Josun was wonderful. All staff were helpful, considerate, polite and friendly from the moment we got out of the taxi to the moment we left 4 days later. Our room was clean with everything we needed. Room service was perfect, and our daily breakfast was superb. We enjoyed our time in the pool. A wonderful time spent with my daughter, I can’t recommend this hotel and staff highly enough.

The Westin Josun is a lovely property near the Myeong Dong shopping district in Seoul. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a five star hotel. The staff are so friendly, respectful and helpful. The restaurant’s are top class.The variety at the breakfast buffet is second to none. I would highly recommend The Westin for a stay in Seoul and would definitely return.

This was my second time at the Westin Josun and it did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, the amenities were wonderful (Westin Club -- breakfast, cocktail hour, sauna, gym). The Westin put our family of 4 in a great suite, which gave us enough room. It is so close to the Myeongdong shopping area but not in the middle of the chaos and traffic. A bonus is that the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport stops right in front of the hotel, so we don't have to move our luggage anywhere. I absolutely love the Westin Josun and will stay there anytime I visit Korea.

The Westin Seoul is in an amazing location in Myeong Dong, walking distance to the outdoor markets, and also close to the mall and subway lines. Down the street you can go shopping at Louis Vuitton, and high end shops. Or go to local stores for souvenirs and beauty skincare products. Restaurants are mostly Korean bbq, street food, tofu and lots of options for coffee, iced tea, and bingsu, The Westin staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and modern. The bed is so comfortable, it's a Heavenly mattress and is really soft. Best sleep we ever had. The bathrobe is also a nice touch. So luxurious and soft. They do have restaurants in the hotel. And a nice bakery in the lobby. And so many options in the neighborhood for coffee drinks. Take an Uber to the airport, it was so affordable!!
