8/10 Very good

Everything was clean. Staff was really helpful, always available and super polite. Breakfast had many choices and was fresh. Bar offered many options and barmans were super fast, especially during happy hour. Where we had trouble was with the strong perfume smell to cover sone other strong smells in corridors and various public spaces. Finally we did not have a bed cover, only one sheet.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff primarily made a business trip feel like pleasure. At all levels throughout the property all staff were always helpful, attentive and genuinely friendly. 'Simone, Pardeep, Sandeep, Varica, Naveen, Poojay, Lavish, Darko and Arif' a few to particularly mention but my apologies to the many more. Rooms extremely well soundproofed, food fabulous and a great clean pool and area within the hotel..... Very well located for all that St Pauls and Buggiba offers. I look forward to returning....

10/10 Exceptional

A comfortable hotel with modern rooms and helpful staff. The dining area is a little cramped at breakfast but the variety is decent and of a good quality. Dinner seemed similarly busy - there are some excellent restaurants in the area which may be better. The outdoor pool was clean but a little chilly. The indoor pool was surprisingly warm and very popular with guests. A surprisingly pleasant, relaxed experience
