This is a fantastic location for families to explore Madrid. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The room was larger than expected and the fresh fruit in the fridge was a nice addition. The room was mostly very clean but there were some obvious spots missed, like a big splatter of something on the top of the cabinet door above the fridge. The room was just a little bit noisy but that’s to be expected in such a busy part of the city. We loved the proximity in town to everything, we loved that to room had everything we needed including enough space for two people to rest with a cold. We loved the old building and modern amenities. We loved this hotel and will be going back to stay again.

It offers the best of both apartment and hotel with full time reception and cleaning service every three days. And there is a lift/elevator for those who have mobility issues.

My only issues were the cleaning happening every 3 days (we stayed 4 nights and it was only cleaned once) and our apartment did not have the “cleaning kit” (detergent for dishes and clothes, etc) because they had run out.
