I stayed in the house with my family over the weekend. Great location if you are going to either football ground (Liverpool or Everton). House is situated on a very quiet street right at the end. The area is very run down with nothing much around it. Outside the property there was loads of litter and rubbish everywhere. Inside the house there were 3 bedrooms, kitchen/diner, lounge and one good size bathroom. There were two small double beds in two rooms and a single bed in other room. There was a sofa bed in lounge which was a very small double. All beds were extremely uncomfortable including sofa bed, all needed replacing as well passed used date. Lamps in double front room did not work. None of the beds were made up for are arrival on Friday evening, we found these in the washing machine still wet and had to dry them, which took a few hours, with very tired children waiting to go to bed. The bathroom had a good shower and was fairly clean, but was run down with broken floor near the bath and bath panel was broken and hanging off. Most of the floors around the property had gaps in or were broken.
Parking along the street is permit parking and you can only park in front of property. I had to text the owner as permit was not available for us, to be told it was lost and they were awaiting new one and only to park in front of house, otherwise you would get a ticket! The owner however after being prompted said they would cover any parking charges. There was a small nice garden.
