My complaints are not unique to this hotel, but rather common in England: 1. As an elderly person, I have problems stepping over the front of the bathtub, and much prefer a separate shower. I may have to stop going to Britain soon as you are still locked into the old habit of baths rather than showers. It's a failed business opportunity for you to change this in some of the rooms, and advertise it before my age segment books next time! 2. Internet access in much of Lewes is almost inexisting, at least with the partner of my mobile phone operator. The kind staff linked my phone to a hotel network, but (if I understood correctly) the guest network did not work well enough so they gave me access to one which they normally charge for. That ceased working on my phone my final morning and I did not bother to go out and have it reinstalled at 5 a.m. Small things like these matter and I wrote in English hoping someone forwards by views to Lewes!

The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. Was so angry at that point that it took me 2 hours to get back to sleep again. Also the toilet was not clean and when I turned over my pillow-cover it was blood stains on it from the last user.

エクスペディアから予約して、先払いして宿泊しましたが、エクスペディアからホテルに送金されてないとのことで、現地で二重払いさせられました。エクスペディアはホテル側に間違いなく送金しているとのことで、未だに料金は返ってきてません。こんな経験は初めてです。
