It is was an amazing stay. The hotel is very close to kista galleria and kista train station . The staffs are helpful ,particlary Josophine is amazing front desk agent where she is very attententive to our family needs and also goes extra mile to mKe stya our stay comfortable and smooth. The hotel is located in an area where there is not much locally to see, but is close to the metro to reach Stockholm centre quickly. Trains every few minutes. Josefin on reception was very helpful and the breakfast included was good, plenty of choices. The hotel has a no housekeeping policy for under four days which was fine for us. There is a large shopping centre located next to the metro station where there are many restaurants and fast food places. This was a good location for us to travel into the city centre and worked well.

This hotel is a great deal. I stayed for one night and managed to get a room for under 400kr (£29). The room I booked didn’t have an external window (as expected), but there was natural light, coming through the atrium. It was very clean, small but well designed, and had the amenities you would expect. There is a gym in the atrium area, which could be noisy, but it’s closed at night. Buffet breakfast was included and I thought it was very good. Included an assortment of hot food (eggs, beans, bacon, sausages), cereals, yogurts, fruit, bread, smoothies and ginger shots (!), coffee, tea, and a fridge of alternative milks for vegans or the lactose intolerant. Only issue is that there aren’t enough tables - on the weekend everyone seemed to come down between 9-10am. Would recommend if you need to be in Kista, or you don’t mind the commute into Stockholm.

Rummet vi bodde på var rum nr 7, ett va fler rum som dörren öppnar direkt till matsalen. Vi vaknade flera gånger under natten samt 06.30 på morgonen pga folk kom för att äta frukost och allt oväsen hördes från rummet för att den var så dåligt placerad. Vi ringde receptionen och bad om hjälp, hon sa till folket som åt, men felet är ju egentligen där, det är att det finns rum mitt i matsalen. Och allt vi gjorde i rummet hördes ut till matsalen.. karastrof. Kvinnan i receptionen kan knappt prata svenska och har ingen koll på vett och etikett då hon inte ens sa hej när vi kom. Frukosten var en aning okej, rummet var jättelitet, sängen jätteliten för två samt att den gungade på något konstigt sätt. Kudden var väldigt obekväm dålig kvalite. Tvålen i toan funkade inte. Inte värt pengarna alls!
